1 The Bid must be on behalf of a Multidisciplinary Society or equivalent;
2 The prospective host country must prove they are able to host this International Congress offering the logistical (Hotel, Transportation, Touristic Attraction) and financial support;
3 Together with the application it should have a governmental support;
4 The Bid will have to contain the guarantee that the scholarships and prize will be sustained;
5 The Organizing Committee and Professional’s Staff will have to be listed: containing country, address, specialty and degree;
6 Biddings will be evaluated during the Business Meeting at the Congress and after the approval will be announced in Plenary for voting.
